Fur Free Bulgaria

In 2018, we initiated a National Citizens Initiative (NCI) to ban the breeding and killing of animals for fur in Bulgaria.

International campaigns

Fur Free Europe

European Citizens’ Initiative Fur Free Europe to ban the farming of animals for fur throughout the EU, and the marketing of products from fur.

End the cage age

The European citizens’ initiative End the Cage Age aims to ban the use of cages in the EU for hens, sows, calves, rabbits, ducks, geese and other farm animals, and that all imported products into the EU will meet future cage-free standards.

Cruelty-free cosmetics

This European Citizens’ Initiative aims to defend and strengthen the European ban on animal testing of cosmetic products, to change the EU chemicals legislation so that no animal testing is allowed, to create a roadmap to phase out all animal testing in the EU.

EU for Animals

EU For Animals aims to give greater prominence to animal welfare by explicitly mentioning this responsibility in the name of the DG concerned and in the job title of the responsible Commissioner.
