CONSUMER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
- The User is obliged to comply with these General Terms and Conditions and the applicable legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria, as well as to familiarize himself with the amendments and additions to these General Terms and Conditions.
- The User undertakes not to modify, copy, distribute, borrow in any way, reproduce or publish copyright works and any other materials from the website https://caai.bg/, which are subject to copyright of the Provider or and/or its partners, who have provided for publication the relevant materials, which actions infringe intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, industrial designs, logos and any other materials or copyright images, declaring that it is aware of the following The only exception is for the promotion of the aims and ideas of CAAI, for public purposes and with explicit acknowledgement of the source.

- The User shall indemnify the Provider and all third parties for all damages suffered and benefits lost, including any costs incurred as a result of legal or extrajudicial claims of third parties in connection with violations committed by the User of the legislation in force in the Republic of Bulgaria, these General Terms and Conditions, as well as in connection with websites, links, materials or data that the User has used, distributed, made available to third parties or made available in violation of the law, these

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE SUPPLIER

Information by which they can be identified may include name, date of birth, postal address, permanent residential address, e-mail address, occupation, telephone number, as well as any other information that they voluntarily provide when using the Provider’s services.
- It is forbidden and the Users are liable in case of using all or part of the information in https://caai.bg/ in a way that contradicts the Provider’s copyright and these Terms and Conditions.
- The Provider will provide the competent authorities with all available information about Users for whom there is a reasonable suspicion of violations committed by the Provider in order to establish the truth and to hold the Provider accountable.
FINAL PROVISIONS
- All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, including disputes arising out of or relating to their interpretation, invalidity, performance or termination, as well as disputes concerning the filling of gaps in them or their adaptation to newly arising circumstances, shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation in force in the Republic of Bulgaria.
